Yes. The Sun Seaside Wing is located directly along Nang Thong Beach, with easy access to the beach, Beachfront Pool, seaside dining, and views towards the Andaman Sea and Khao Lak Lighthouse.
Active Wellbeing is about finding the balance that feels right for you. You can work out, swim, play, explore, spend time by the sea, enjoy slower moments, or simply relax. There is no programme you have to follow and no single way to experience The Sun Club.
No. Fitness is an important part of The Sun Club, but Active Wellbeing is about much more than exercise. Guests can enjoy swimming, relaxation, dining, beach experiences, time with family and friends, or simply slow down and enjoy their holiday.
The Sun Club offers 185 rooms and private pool villas across Sun Garden Wing and Sun Seaside Wing.
Sun Plaza Wing is scheduled to open in November 2027.

Yes. Garden Pool Villa, Two-Bedroom Pool Villa, and Two-Bedroom Pool Villa Duplex each feature a private swimming pool.
The Two-Bedroom Pool Villa and Two-Bedroom Pool Villa Duplex are designed for families and groups travelling together. Both feature two bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas.
Yes. Garden Pool Villa, Two-Bedroom Pool Villa, and Two-Bedroom Pool Villa Duplex include a Technogym Bench, allowing guests to exercise in the privacy of their villa.
Yes. Baby cots are available upon request and are subject to availability.
Yes. Sun Arena is a 780 sq.m. fitness and activity hub featuring an extensive Technogym fitness environment together with functional and performance training, an activity studio, boxing, indoor climbing, games, and social spaces.
Sun Arena is open daily from 06.00 – 22.00 hrs.
Sun Arena is exclusively available to registered guests staying at The Sun Club.
Sun Arena offers Technogym equipment for cardio, strength, free weights, functional and performance training, and flexibility and mobility.
An activity studio is available for group fitness and guided sessions. Activities and schedules may vary, so guests should refer to the latest Activity Programme for current activities and times.
Yes. Sun Arena includes a boxing area with a boxing ring and training equipment, as well as an indoor climbing wall.

The resort offers two distinctive pool areas: the Beachfront Pool beside Nang Thong Beach and the Garden Pools at Sun Garden Wing.
The Garden Pools include the 71-metre Performance Pool and Recovery Pool.
The resort swimming pools are open daily from 07.00 – 19.00 hrs.
The Performance Pool is a 71-metre swimming pool designed for guests who enjoy lap swimming, longer swims, endurance training, or swimming as part of their fitness routine.
The Recovery Pool area includes a Main Pool, Jacuzzi, Hot Plunge Pool, Cold Plunge Pool, and Sauna Room.
Yes. The Beachfront Pool is located beside Nang Thong Beach and offers views across the Andaman Sea towards Khao Lak Lighthouse. Flow Bar, the resort’s beachfront swim-up pool bar, is also located here.
Yes. The Sun Club is located directly along Nang Thong Beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the beach, seaside walks, ocean views, and sunsets.
Sun Arena includes a Kids’ Corner and Game Room for indoor play and time together.
A larger outdoor activity and play area, Sun Playground, is planned as part of the resort’s future experiences.
Sun Playground is scheduled to open in November 2027.
